OCEANIS YACHT CHARTER – “SKIPPERED”

Based in Slovenia, we offer Skippered charter for budding sailors wishing to obtain knowledge and experience, or would just like to explore the northern Croatian islands and coves. You’ll join the yacht in Izola marina Slovenia and spend the week relaxed cruising with your very own British RYA Skipper, who will be happy to show you the rudiments of yacht handling, navigation and sailing.

Weather permitting the usual route takes you from Slovenia to Croatia – Vrsar – Pula. Then island hopping – Losinj – Unije area – then back to Rovinj - Porec, and to Izola. Each evening will be spent in a port or marina. With your days spent cruising the crystal waters of the Adriatic, with lunch and swimming breaks in secluded island bays and coves. This programme can change for reasons of unsuitable weather conditions.

Our normal changeover day is Saturday and flights from UK are available from Stansted to Trieste in Italy (Ryanair), Stansted to Ljubljana in Slovenia (Easyjet), or Luton to Ljubljana (Wizzair). There are regular trains and busses to Izola from both airports, but we can arrange a transfer if required.
